About Andreas
Andreas Wuchner is a recognised senior leader with extensive international experience.
With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of information security, IT-security and information risk management, Andreas has worked with partners all over the world. He focuses on highly regulated environments, such as life science and financial services.
Before joining Credit Suisse as Managing Director, Andreas worked for Hewlett Packard / HPE / DXC as their Security CTO. His extensive experience includes stops as CIO and CISO for UBS and running Security Operations for Deutsche Bank. Andreas started his professional career in the life science world, managing security and compliance at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
Andreas has a wide range of information security and organisation management experience, covering a broad spectrum of security related activities including IT-risk management, vendor risk management, IT audit, security operations, security innovation, e-discovery, investigations, strategy and communications, developing security capabilities, and operating departmental budgets and plans.
Andreas is very active in the cyber start-up world. His advisory activities have included Cylance (acquired by BlackBerry) Armis Inc (Inside Partners and Google investment) and CyGlass (acquired by Nominet UK).
Andreas is a regular public speaker at conferences like the RSA conference. He is also the co-author of Advancing Cyber Resilience: Principles and Tools for Boards, published by the World Economic Forum.
About Caroline
Caroline Bansraj is a Director at Credit Suisse and leads the training, awareness and communication function globally for CISO, Global Governance.
Caroline is the key stakeholder for Cyber and Information Security Awareness and Culture. She develops and drives the strategy through to delivery, presents to all boards, and speaks at both external and internal events.
She joined in September 2015, from RBS, where she managed business to business and consumer awareness and communications for Corporate and Private Banking.
Caroline has over 20 years experience delivering business critical and complex messaging in the private and commercial sector to a broad audience, and always puts ‘the people’ at the heart of all she does.
She has a Masters Degree in Integrated and International Marketing and a BA Hons in Business & Finance.
Outside of work, Caroline has always been actively involved in her community, from volunteering with the homeless and ex-offenders to mentoring both youth and vulnerable adults. She moved from London to Zurich in January 2020 and is hoping to resume her charity work, once she has mastered the language!
